The U.S. Navy Memorial Welcomes Jeremy Munoz to the Ship Store
The Navy Memorial is proud to announce that Jeremy Munoz has joined the team as the new Ship Store Manager. An experienced retail leader, having managed various retail stores over the past 10 years, Jeremy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role. “We are overjoyed to have a manager of Jeremy’s caliber added to our ranks,” said Admiral Frank Thorp, CEO of the Navy Memorial. “His excellent attitude and expertise will be an amazing asset as we continue to grow and expand our ship store offerings.”
A graduate of Liberty University, Jeremy Munoz began his professional retail experience years ago, managing specialty stores selling everything from supplements to up and coming luxury retailers offering the latest technology built into business attire. His management experience grew as time went on as he went to lead retail innovation for over a decade, leading to eventually discover the Navy Memorial. In doing so, he brings a great variety of knowledge from different industries to implement into the ship store and plans to take charge of its future development.
Jeremy Munoz is a family man with three children and one new rescue puppy. When he is not busy with work or family, he loves to spend time outdoors hiking, painting, kayaking, and camping. He is also a huge fan of docuseries and is currently watching a new show that explores forgotten U.S. Military bases following the end of World War Two. In joining the Navy Memorial, Jeremy said, “I am excited to begin my journey here at the U.S. Navy Memorial and look forward to how my skills are going to help deliver on our mission to honor, recognize, and celebrate the men and women of the Sea Services, past, present, and future; and to inform the public about their service.”
