Rajshree (Raj) Solanki is the Senior Curator at the National Museum of the United States Navy (NMUSN). Before this, she was the Director of Collections and Head Registrar at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden, Registrar at the Naval History and Heritage Command’s Curator Branch, and Registration Loan Specialist at the National Museum of the American Indian. In 2019, she was voted the country’s Registrar of the Year by her peers. Raj holds a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Tennessee.

Dr. George Schwarz is a maritime archaeologist for the Naval History and Heritage Command. He joined the NHHC Underwater Archaeology Program in 2008 to help research, locate, preserve, and manage Navy’s sunken military craft worldwide. In addition to naval craft, he has investigated shipwrecks in Lake Champlain for nearly two decades, including the world’s earliest-known archaeologically-studied steamboat wreck, Phoenix.
