Vice Admiral H. Denby Starling II, USN (Ret.)

Vice Admiral Denby Starling is a 1974 graduate of the University of Virginia.  He spent the majority career in Naval Aviation, serving as both a Naval Flight Officer and Naval Aviator in the A-6 Intruder.  He commanded Attack Squadron 145, USS SHREVEPORT, USS DWIGHT D EISENHOWER, the GEORGE WASHINGTON CARRIER STRIKE GROUP and Naval Air Force, Atlantic.  In his final tour on active duty, he commanded the NAVAL NETWORK WARFARE COMMAND.

Following his Navy career, VADM Starling moved to the IT sector, where he has managed Navy and Marine corps Programs for Hewlett Packard. Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and DXC Technology.
