(Harper Collins Publishers; October 9\, 2012).Zumwalt is a compelling portrait of the controversial admiral widely regarded as the founder of the modern Navy\, who implemented major strategic innovations that endure to this day. \n\nIn Zumwalt\, Berman takes an admiring yet evenhanded look at the life and career of Admiral Elmo Russell Zumwalt\, the charismatic Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) and “the Navy’s most popular leader since WWII” (Time).
