The United States Navy Memorial Foundation announces the retirement of its President and CEO Rear Admiral Edward K. Walker, Jr., SC, USN (Ret), effective 1 November 2011. He will be relieved by Vice Admiral John Totushek, USNR (Ret), whose last active duty assignment was Chief of Navy Reserve.
